REPORTING TO Profit Center Head


OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE 

Responsible for generating revenue for all 4 divisions of the company – FTL | PTL | ODC | BONDED WAREHOUSING by bringing in new business from corporate sector and achieve sales targets

Managing relationships with the clients identified as Key Accounts.


 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Tapping new clients for providing Logistics business for PAN India.
  2.  Providing solutions to our potential clients in order to strengthen their Supply Chain.
  3.  Cold call people using a given phone directory to sell products or solicit donations
  4. Answer incoming calls from prospective customers
  5. Use scripts to provide information about product’s features, prices etc. and present their benefits
  6. Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements
  7. Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how merchandise or services meet their needs
  8. Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a computer system
  9. Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company’s reputation 10. Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales

   10. Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information

   

COMPETENCIES/SKILLS

• Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role

• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone

• Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Proficient in English

• Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints

• Persistent and results-oriented

• Patient and able to handle customer rejection

• High school diploma; BSc/Ba is a plus

  1. 5-8 years of work experience
Salary range per month: ₹ 12,000 - ₹ 15,000
